Beverages

Mark West Lodge provides all beverage services for your event with the exception of coffee and tea. We have great relationships with local wineries and many local beer and wine distributors, so we can offer you a broad selection of beverages at different price points. We also allow you to bring your own wine and champagne for which we do charge corkage.

In addition, we do have a full bar located in our beautiful San Francisco-style bar room, complete with slate and copper waterfall.  We keep our bar well stocked, and can provide any mixed drink your guests desire.

About eight weeks before your event we'll create a separate beverage agreement with you that details exactly what you want served and how you want it served. We'll arrange for all beverages, glassware, and bar staff. A beverage deposit may be requested.

An idea that has been enjoying great success here is for the wedding party to offer a hosted wedding “specialty” drink; a special mixed drink created or selected by the bride and groom, specially prepared and served for your guests’ enjoyment.  Ask us for suggestions.
