Your Caterer is the Key to a Successful Event...

We have a large, well equipped, commercially licensed kitchen. This means that your food can be freshly prepared instead of being prepared off site and delivered in "hot boxes". If you appreciate good food, that's a very good thing.

At Mark West Lodge the caterer is responsible for the food, and everything else for your food service from the "tabletop up"; dinnerware, flatware, linens, buffet decor, and more.

Great service is key to a smooth event. This requires adequate, professional, well trained service staff, and a skilled and well coordinated kitchen crew. Your caterer coordinates with all the other service providers; ourselves as the beverage provider, the rental company, the florist, and the cake vendor.  Perhaps the most important bit of coordination is between the caterer and the DJ/MC, because that is what keeps your event running on schedule. It assures that each element of your event like the hors d'oeuvre service, the champagne toast, and the cake cutting happens as it should.

These caterers have consistently proven their high quality and level of service over time.  Their familiarity with our other vending partners assures a smooth event, and their familiarity with our facility translates into savings for you.
